The graves at the cemetery comprise those of soldiers who died during the second world war, most of who were British, as well as commonwealth soldiers.
Of importance is that, some of the men and women who lost their lives and buried here have never been claimed by their kin. This is highly attributed to he chaotic second world war. In regards to this matter, if anyone had a relative working in the military during the second world war and was assigned to East Africa, kindly check with the Kenya Scouts to have a check on those buried at this cemetery.
Kindly share this information as much as possible to connect people back to their loved one posthumous.
